Investing in Our Community

From enhanced safety measures to road improvements to providing recreation opportunities for the entire family, the Township is investing in our community.

Putting taxes and business dollars back into the community generates benefits beyond traditional infrastructure projects, such as utility upgrades and pothole repairs. Health and wellness are enhanced through new neighbourhood playgrounds, proposed waterfront trail improvements, and upgraded bike lanesthat provide employees with options to enjoy a safe commute to the office.

We are equally investing in our environment and protecting the community's vital natural resources by presenting the largest free single-day Household Hazardous Waste drive-through event in the province, a thriving Adopt-a-Program, electric vehicle charging ports at public facilities, as well as drinking water awareness campaigns throughout the community.

Everyday, we are working and partnering to build a better community.
