Located in the heart of Lower Mainland British Columbia, the Langley Regional Airport (YNJ) is a centre of excellence for helicopter and general aviation business. Welcoming up to 100,000 rotary and fixed-wing traffic movements per year, YNJ is one of the busiest general aviation airports in the country. The airport is home to 55 aviation businesses providing everything from chartered helicopter and fixed-wing flights to aerospace innovation, parts manufacturing, and maintenance.
The Langley Centennial Museum, located in the historic village of Fort Langley, is owned and operated by the Township of Langley.
The museum opened in 1958. After more than 50 years of offering exhibits, programs, and other cultural and heritage services, we continue to grow and expand our role in the Township of Langley.

BC’s Business Recovery Grant The BC Government has launched a new Business Recovery Grant to increase support to small and medium-sized businesses during and beyond COVID-19. Businesses that meet grant criteria and approved, are also matched with a professional services provider to help develop a business recovery plan. Grants of $10,000 to $30,000 are available. Business Resilience to Thrive – Certificate Program
The Building Resilience to Thrive certificate program, powered by the BC Chamber of Commerce Network and University of Victoria’s Gustavson School of Business, is a 6-week online business recovery certificate to help businesses stay viable through COVID-19 and adapt to compete in the future. Participants will learn how to adapt their business models, re-engage customers, and adjust workplace cultures. This program is open to all businesses. Learn more and register.
Federal Funding for Businesses to Grow into Global Markets
The Government of Canada is pivoting its CanExport SMEs Program to help small businesses access up to $75,000 to assist with international market development activities. The program is designed to help develop and expand SMEs eCommerce presence, attend virtual trade shows, navigate new COVID-19 related trade barriers, and provide dedicated support for Indigenous and women-owned small businesses impacted by the pandemic. Canada Emergency Rent Subsidy
The Government of Canada is implementing the new Canada Emergency Rent Subsidy (CERS) which will provide easy-to-access rent and mortgage support until June 2021 for businesses affected by COVID-19. Support up to a maximum of 65% of eligible expenses is available until December 19, 2020. The program will deliver aid directly to small business owners without going through their landlord.
